Baby room tour

OK. Finally got the video camera up and rolling. Hopefully the quality of these things will get better the more I do it.

Blue Man Group

We saw the amazing Blue Man Group on Saturday night at Universal Orlando. It was so loud at times that we're certain Baby heard all the commotion! Then we had Mom and one the Blue Men pose for a portrait.

Week 33

It's a busy time for Mom and baby. They've been slammed at work getting a new publishing system on the ground, i.e. ironing out tons of wrinkles and training the stuff. Phew. There's certainly no rest for the weary. EXCEPT ... Mom and Dad will have an anniversary celebration weekend at Universal Studios. We'll be staying two nights at the Royal Pacific Resort. It's a Loew's Hotel, so Herald is coming along. Blue Man Group tickets have been secured for Saturday night. We'll eat at one of Emeril's establishments beforehand. ... Has it been three years already! Wow. Time flies.

Week 32

The baby room is finally finished!!! We bought and assembled the crib and changing table last week and the room looks adorable. All we need now is the baby! She actually is acting like she wants to come out, kicking and twisting and turning all the time.

We went to our first class at the hospital on Saturday morning. Baby care basics was fun. They even used a guest baby (Ainsley Jane) to show the class how to bathe and swaddle our little ones.

Lastly, we are now the proud owners of a video camera. Once we figure it out, we'll take a video tour of the baby room and post it.

Week 31

Are we there yet?! Are we there yet?! Not quite, but we're in the homestretch at Week 31.

Baby Girl has been kicking and twisting. And Jennifer? Oh, she's been wincing. I'm not sure how woman do this. I'd be whining nonstop if I had to go through a pregnancy. Jen, on the contrary, has been a tremendous trooper. "Ow!" — yep, another kick.

Jen says she can't wait to have a mojito and raw oysters on the half-shell. We'll have to arrange that.
