It's a lazy Saturday afternoon at the Conklin house. Jen got back late last night from an exhausting week of work in Columbus, Ga. So exhausting that she's taking a nap as we speak. Oh, Herald is thrilled to have his mommy back. He's snuggled up next to her. They are too cute for words.
As for the past week on the homefront, I met with a third pediatrician. I liked him a lot and hope Jen will get to meet him before we make the final call. I also did some more work on the baby room, caulking the crown moulding gaps. All that needs to be done now is a little paint touch-up. Gotta find a crib, too. That's pretty important!
